1.0 Introduction
Flynson is an operating brand of Skyecord Inc. ("Skyecord," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information collected through flynson.com (the "Site") and related communications.
We handle personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act ("PIPEDA") and applicable Canadian privacy law.
2.0 Scope
This Policy applies to personal information collected through:
- The Flynson website at flynson.com
- Resource request forms on the Site
- Email correspondence with Flynson or Skyecord
- Online scheduling if the booking widget is enabled
This Policy does not govern personal information processed during client engagements. Client work is governed by the applicable service agreement, data processing terms, and statement of work.

Skyecord Inc. is responsible for personal information in its possession or custody, including information transferred to service providers for processing.

4.0 Personal Information We Collect
4.1 Information You Provide Directly
When you request a resource, book a call, or email us, we may collect:
- Name
- Email address
- Company name
- Role or job title
- Scheduling details you provide through a booking tool
- The contents of your message or inquiry
4.2 Information Collected Automatically
The Site uses a small number of privacy-conscious analytics and hosting tools:
Plausible Analytics. We use Plausible to understand aggregate site usage and outbound link activity. Plausible is configured without cookies and does not build cross-site advertising profiles. We may send event names such as resource requests, case study views, and FAQ expansions.
Vercel Analytics and hosting logs. The Site is hosted on Vercel. Vercel may process request metadata, performance information, web vitals, IP addresses, user agents, timestamps, and pages requested to provide hosting, security, diagnostics, and aggregated analytics.
HubSpot Forms API. Resource request forms are submitted server-side to HubSpot. We send the form fields you provide, such as name, company, role, and email address. The Site does not load HubSpot tracking scripts or HubSpot cookies.
Cal.com scheduling. If online scheduling is enabled, the booking widget may be provided by Cal.com. Cal.com may process booking details you provide, such as name, email address, selected time, and meeting metadata.
We do not currently load Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or HubSpot tracking scripts on the Site.
5.0 Purposes for Collection, Use, and Disclosure
We collect and use personal information to:
- Respond to inquiries and resource requests
- Send requested materials, such as audit checklists or case study teardown materials
- Schedule discovery calls
- Manage follow-up communications in HubSpot
- Understand aggregate Site usage and improve Site performance
- Maintain Site security and diagnose technical issues
- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.
6.0 Consent
When you submit a form, book a call, or email us, you consent to our collection and use of the information you provide for the purposes described in this Policy.
You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting info@flynson.com. Withdrawal of consent may limit our ability to respond to your request or provide the service you asked for. We will take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify personal information when consent is withdrawn, subject to legal or contractual retention requirements.
7.0 Disclosure to Service Providers
We use service providers to operate the Site and manage communications. Current categories include:
- Vercel for website hosting, security, and performance analytics
- Plausible for cookie-free web analytics
- HubSpot for form submission processing and inquiry management
- Cal.com for online scheduling if the booking widget is enabled
- Email and productivity providers used to respond to inquiries
Service providers process personal information only for the purposes described in this Policy and under contractual or platform terms intended to protect that information.
8.0 Cross-Border Data Transfers
Some service providers may process or store personal information outside Canada, including in the United States or the European Union. Information processed outside Canada may be subject to the laws and lawful access requests of those jurisdictions.
We take reasonable steps to use reputable providers and contractual safeguards that provide a comparable level of protection.
9.0 AI-Assisted Processing
Flynson builds AI agent systems for client operations. Personal information collected through this public Site is not used to train public AI models.
If personal information is processed by AI systems in the course of a client engagement, that processing is governed by the applicable client agreement and data processing terms. Enterprise AI providers are evaluated for contractual commitments, data handling practices, security controls, and Canadian privacy requirements.
10.0 Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy or as required by law.
- Resource request and inquiry records may be retained in HubSpot for follow-up and business development unless deletion is requested.
- Email correspondence is retained according to internal records practices.
- Aggregated analytics data is retained according to the settings and defaults of Plausible and Vercel.
- Hosting logs are retained according to Vercel's operational and security practices.
11.0 Accuracy
We take reasonable steps to keep personal information accurate and up to date for the purposes for which it is used. You may request correction by contacting info@flynson.com.
12.0 Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal information, including HTTPS, access controls, reputable service providers, and limited access to systems containing personal information.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, modification, disclosure, or destruction.
13.0 Your Rights Under PIPEDA
Under PIPEDA, you may request access to personal information we hold about you, request corrections, withdraw consent, request deletion where appropriate, and challenge our compliance with this Policy.

14.0 Children's Privacy
The Site and our services are not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a minor has provided personal information, contact info@flynson.com so we can take appropriate steps.

The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those websites. Review the privacy policy of any third-party site you visit.
16.0 Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date above.
