• How long does it take to get an agent into production?

  Most deployments move from discovery to live production in 6 to 11 weeks. The variable is workflow complexity and how clean your data is, not how complicated the agent itself is. We've structured the four-phase process to keep things moving: a 1-2 week audit, a 3-6 week build, and a 2-3 week deployment with stabilization. Faster timelines are possible for narrowly scoped workflows. Longer ones happen when the workflow spans many systems or when internal stakeholders need more time to align.

• Which AI models do you use?

  Flynson is model-agnostic. Deployments run on Claude (Anthropic), OpenAI, or Gemini (Google), and we select the right model for each workflow based on accuracy, latency, cost, and data residency requirements. Because the agent system isn't locked to a single provider, we can swap models as the frontier moves without rebuilding the deployment. Every provider relationship runs under a signed Data Processing Agreement aligned to our PIPEDA posture.

• How do you handle security, privacy, and PIPEDA compliance?

  Every Flynson deployment runs with role-based access control, full audit logging of every agent action, configurable Canadian data residency, and retention policies aligned to PIPEDA, provincial privacy law (including Ontario), and sector-specific regulatory frameworks. Compliance isn't a feature we layer on, it's how the system is built. Agents operate within the permissions your existing systems grant them, so an agent can't access anything a designated user couldn't access. We work under signed Data Processing Agreements with our model providers and pass that compliance posture through to clients.

• How does pricing work?

  Engagements are scoped based on workflow complexity, the systems involved, and the operational outcome you're targeting. We price each phase as a fixed fee with defined deliverables, so there are no surprise consulting bills. Specifics are discussed during the discovery call once we understand your operational requirements. Most clients see deployment cost recovered within 6 to 12 months through reclaimed operational capacity.
